Bio

Karey Solomon has been tatting for 30 years - and for the past 13 of them has been the publisher of the quarterly journal, Tatting Times. She is the author of 14 collections of tatting patterns. She lives in Upstate New York and has taught tatting across the US and in England.


Long Class: Blooming Hyacinths and History

Pre-requisites/Level: Intermediate to Advanced. Knowledge of split rings needed.

Supplies: 10 to 20 size thread in brown, green and a flower color (Karey will bring extra thread.) Or the flower thread may be 2 strands of size 80 for extra frilliness. May also bring fabric or hand towel to appliqué on.


Short class: Teneriff-ic Tatting
