Tat Days 2007 Vending & Supplies
August 27, 2007 |
This year, Palmetto Tatters Guild welcomes Zig-Zag Corner Quilts & Baskets LLC of Greenfield, IN as our key vendor. The store is operated by Kaye Judt and Jennifer Titus. (It was formerly home to Jennifer's husband's grandmother's flower shop.) In addition to their store, which regularly entertains classes, Kaye and Jennifer have more than 27 years experience in vending for retreats and large shows/conventions/conferences, with the number of participants between 30 to 6000. Both have participated in some form of needlework since both were 8 years old. Kaye has recently published a book of tatting patterns and regularly teaches at their store and other workshops. Among the many items they are bringing to PTG’s “Flower Garden” are the following threads in full color range (as available from the manufacturer):
In addition to the threads noted above, ZigZag will also bring
ZigZag Corners accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards and will accept personal checks with proper identification and approval. Many of our teachers will also have items for sale and PTG encourages the support of the teachers. Other interested parties will also have items for sale. There will be multiple vendors with multiple registers / cash boxes. Not all vendors can accept credit cards unless arrangements have been made via PayPal (the Guild will be able to have a laptop connected to the Internet for this service). Personal checks will most likely be accepted by all with proper identification and approval.ALL selling MUST be done in the vending area and pre-approved by the Tat Days Committee. Contact Teresa and Bonnie if you have questions or would like to inquire about a consignment table. Class Kits: All kits will be picked-up in the vending area - prepaid or not. If you pre-paid with your registration, you will receive a ticket (or tickets) for each kit in your packet at registration.
