If you are a brand new tatter (if you want to learn to tat), let us know and we will provide instruction.
Contact our Tat Day Chairs for more info on how to register for classes specific for you at Tat Days.

off Campus. There will be a "commuter fee" of $10.00 per day. A meal package may be purchased for meals you wish to share with the group (see meals section below) or you may order from the menu at The Terrace Dining Room and join the group there.

A meal package may be purchased for meals you wish to share with the group (Meals section below) or you may order from the menu at The Terrace Dining Room and join the group there. Remember to complete a separate registration form for each person in your party who will be sharing meals with the group.

On Campus Lodging

(Teachers: Please select nights. Double is provided. Single =$70.00 additional per night.)
We have "packages" for room + meals. These prices are per person.
2 nights includes 5 meals (Single=$368.50, Double=$228.50, Triple=$223.50, Quad=$208.50).
3 nights includes 7 meals (Single=$570.75, Double=$356.75, Triple=$310.75, Quad=$285.75).
Banquet Saturday night=$30.00. Not included in “package” meals.

Roommates: If you have selected a roommate, who are they so we can match you together?
If coming by yourself, we will be glad to help you find a roommate. Just write our Registrar. If you have specific conditions, like no perfume, prefer hot/cold room, you may want to consider a single room or find your own roommate. SMILE

  
Meals
Check the boxes below to show which meals you will be eating on campus. When you click submit, meal costs will be calculated.
On Campus: If you are staying on campus in the hotel style rooms, your room package includes a certain number of meals. Those will be counted and then any other meals will be added. $30.00 will be added for the Banquet Saturday evening if selected. If you select less meals than your room package, we are not able to subtract any meal costs since we will be charged for them with your package so just come EAT! SMILE
Camping on site or not staying in the on campus hotel: You will be charged individually for each meal you select.
Individual meals are breakfast: $12.75, lunch: $16.75 and dinner: $19.50.

A cost per person is required by Lake Junaluska for room rental and insurance purposes. It is included in the room and board packages. However, if you are just dropping by to shop or meet a friend or not staying on campus, we need to charge you a fee of $10.00. Thank you for your understanding.

 

PayPal : CHECK HERE if paying via PayPal. This will add 3% + .30 to cover the PayPal service fee.

 

Special considerations: (wheelchair, scooter rental, ground floor room [all rooms elevator accessible], food considerations, etc...).
For EMERGENY purposes, If you are staying at some other facility (other than The Terrace), please include the location name and your confirmation number. You may also email our Registrar.

If you do end up needing a change, please write our registrar@palmettotatters.org rather than submitting another registration. Thank you.
