Level 2 Shuttle and Needle*
Description Participants will learn how to tat an edging onto an enameled metal leaf pendant that I have created just for them. Participants will choose one color from the seasonal options (winter, spring, summer, or autumn).
Skills Required Knowledgeable and proficient with rings, chains, and joins, and comfortable working with beads
Techniques Taught Joining to enameled metal, adding beads to picots.
Materials/Supplies 2 shuttles CTM
Small crochet hook
Chain or ribbon to make the pendant into a necklace or ornament
Kit $ 15.00 (available for both participants and non-participants)
Notes There are 4 color choices for the kits, i.e., winter, spring, summer, and autumn. Selection of color should be made during registration. Additional kits will be available in the vending room at the event and includes NC Sales Tax.
The kit will contain an enameled copper leaf with sterling silver jump ring, coordinating size 20 Lizbeth tatting thread, and seed beads. This is a companion project to the Seasonal Tatted Earrings class I taught at the 2021 PTG Tat Days
