I reside in Springfield, Ohio and have been tatting since age 19. I completed by Tatting teacher’s Certification with the Great Lakes Lace Group in Michigan, and I am the author of “The Tatting Stones.” I am an active member of three tatting guilds and the International Organization of Lace, Inc. (IOLI). I enjoy learning new techniques and revisiting old ones. I have demonstrated my art at The Fair at New Boston and The Crabill Homestead in Springfield, Ohio and many other heritage fairs and festivals in my area. I have taught classes and workshops in Montana, Virginia, Ohio, the 2017 Shuttlebirds Workshop in Idaho, and Palmetto’s 2018 Tat Days in Toccoa, GA. I love to attend tatting conferences whenever I can. I hold basic shuttle and needle tatting classes regularly and most recently taught basic shuttle tatting at the Beavercreek branch of the Green County (OH) Public Library. On most Fridays, I can be found at The Crafter’s Lodge, sitting in a comfortable chai tatting and waiting on new students.
