Accomodations!
Are you staying on-campus? We have options for single, double, triple and quadruple occupancy at the lovely Rhododendron building. Please reserve your desired accomodations for the nights you plan on staying.
OR Are you staying off-site? Ridgecrest staff require that commuters pay a daily fee for use of facilities. The fee is $25.00 per day for each person attending over the age of 12 who is not staying overnight on campus.
Food!!!
TATTERS NEED NOURISHMENT! - Meals are available for those staying on-site or off. You are responsible for your meals whether you plan on staying at Ridgecrest or off-site. The meal plan covers 8 meals - Thursday dinner; Friday breakfast, lunch and dinner; Saturday breakfast lumch and dinner; and Sunday breakfast. The meal plan is $125.00. Meals will be served in the Rhododendron Dining Hall. Per the Ridgecrest website, there are other dining options available. There is a snack shop, the "Nibble Nook", as well as a coffee shop, "Clouds". According to the Dining Room Policy on the website, "Meal plans are fixed two weeks before the start of your event. Guests who haven’t selected a meal plan at the time of booking will have the option to purchase meals at our a-la-carte rates, based on availability, when they arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed meals."
