Sheron Goldin, a charter member of the Palmetto Tatters Guild, has offered her seminal publication on using a double-bobbin shuttle as a fundraiser to benefit the Guild's Scholarship Fund. This fund helps tatters attend the PTG Annual Tat Days.
 
In her permission letter, Sheron writes, "Things have changed since this book was written. Silent Tatters are no longer being made. Others are making double bobbin shuttles. Look around and see what you find. And remember that you can add additional color to any pattern this way, you don't need a special pattern designed for this type of shuttle."
